Wins Go (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an international online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Wins Go and its users.

• Minimum bet: ৳10
• Maximum bet limits vary by event and market. Specific limits are shown on the bet slip.

3.4 Odds Changes

If the odds change before a bet is confirmed, the bet will either be accepted at the updated odds or you will be given the option to cancel it. Odds on confirmed bets do not change.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

4.3 Cashback & Rewards

5.1 Deposit Rules

• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• Depositing using another person's payment account is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Usually processed within 1–24 hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

5.3 Transaction Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are generally non-refundable once processed. However, if a transaction error occurs due to a technical fault, contact our support team within 24 hours.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on Wins Go. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse — whether alone or in coordination with others.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Automated betting using software or bots.
• Hacking, phishing, or any attempt to compromise the security of the platform.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Registering with a false identity or submitting fraudulent KYC information.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

⚠️7. Account Closure & Suspension

Wins Go reserves the right to suspend or close accounts under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• If fraudulent or false information is found in the details provided.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• Extended periods of inactivity (12 months or more).
• Upon submitting a self-exclusion request.

7.1 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by emailing our support team. Please withdraw your balance before requesting account closure.

7.2 Inactive Accounts

An account will be considered inactive after 12 consecutive months with no transactions. A monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 or 5% of the balance — whichever is lower — may be deducted from inactive accounts.
